Nathaniel Floyd to Andrew Floyd State of South Carolina Sumter District Conveyances P, p. 129-130 margin note: Original delivered to A Floyd 6 Sept 1854 Know all men by these present that I Nathaniel Floyd of the state of South Carolina planter of the same for the consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars or less one dollar per acre of Andrew Floyd my son it being part or all of his part of my estate at my death of the district aforesaid have granted bargained sold and released unto the s.d. Andrew Floyd and by these present do grant bargain sell and release the said Andrew Floyd one certain plantation or tract of land containing one hundred acres more or less but being part of a tract of land originally granted to Robert Fullwood ___ belonging to us beginning at a stake corner at the brick entries their out to a stake corner bounding in McKenzie's line their to a stake corner in bound bay in the District line thence up the District line to a stake corner thence an agreed line between Andrew Floyd and John Floyd to an agreed corner thence to the ___ corner and thence to the beginning corner. Together with all the appertainences hereditarments and appertainences to the said ___ ______a any wise or incident appertainence. To have and to hold all the premises before ______ into the s.d. Andrew Floyd his assigns forever I do hereby bound my self my heirs and my executors and administrators to warrant and surety these acres originally granted to Robert Fullwood AD 1790 (of the which land there is a regular chain of title to Nathaniel Floyd Sen) situated between Camp Branch and Kingstree swamp waters of Black River in Sumter District - bounded by lines ____ NE SE and SW by John Floyd's land and SW NW SE NW and NE by Wm.
